Fabracaz is an experienced and well established Mobile Disco Service based in Enfield North London. We are not an agency. All our Dj,s work for us and us alone. On the rare occasion that we may not be able to provide a service we will recomend a Dj and it is up to you should you wish to contact them. We will never pass your details on to anyone without your say so. We have over twenty years experience of providing DJs for every type of occasion. We are committed to the very highest standards of customer service along with providing DJs that are passionate about the music they play and at the same time very aware of the needs of the audience they are playing the music to. We pride ourselves on the attention to detail we give each individual client and occasion and are with you throughout the whole planning process. From the inital enquiry stage right the way through to the very last song of the night.
How Much Do We Charge? - Our charges are based on the date, times, duration and location of your event/party. We dont operate a fixed fee or an hourly rate. Every event is judged on its own merit and we will try to accomodate everybodies budget and preferences.
What Kind Of Music Do We Play? - Our database of music goes back over 50 years and incorporates every UK No 1 hit single since the first one on November 14th 1952. Our DJ,s have over 20 years of experience and vast musical tastes and knowledge. So whether your looking for a seasoned wedding jock and compere to somebody professional within the corporate field or a younger jock for those 70,s and 80,s party nights look no further.
Will we play requests? - Yes we are more than happy to take requests on the night from you and your guests. We also send out to you with your booking form a request sheet for you to specify in advance any particular tracks or dedications. It also gives you an opportunity to state any music you dont wish to hear played. These we ask to return 3 weeks before the event to ensure your DJ meets your requests. Our Dj,s are also available in person by phone and email should you wish to discuss in greater length any particular aspect of your party/event.
Do We Confirm In Writing? - Once the booking has been confirmed and your deposit paid we issue a contract outlining the details of your party/event which is signed by both parties.
Are Fabracaz DJ,s reliable? - We are a reputable company and have DJ,s on standby incase of sickness etc. All our DJ,s carry secondary equipment as back up.
How long do we need to set up and what space is required? - For most functions we will allow one hour to set up our equipment. We will require one table of no longer than 6ft and ideally be situated near a power supply and in a safe place. We are more than happy to discuss these arrangements in advance and view the location to advise accordingly.
What kind of lighting do we use? - Our prices include standard lighting sufficent to create the right ambience for the venue. A smoke machine used sensibly can dramatically enhance the lighting effect and is included within the price. This however will not be used if requested by either yourselves or the owner of the venue. Further lighting ie strobes etc can be supplied and prices are available on request.
Do we hold public liability insurance? - We hold 2m Public Liability Insurance Cover
How Do You Pay? - A deposit of 50% is required within 14 days of you receiving our initial quote to confirm you date and booking. We accept cheque, cash or bank transfer. The balance is required on the day of your party/event at its conclusion and is either payable by cash or personal cheque accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.
