We do not have a fixed price list. We operate on a quotational basis. This enables us to tailor the pricing to the event and offer competitive terms. We will provide our clients with breakdowns of costings where requested
We believe that we offer first choice and best value to our clients. Prices may vary from client to client.
All bookings require the payment of a deposit. This will vary dependent upon the nature and scale of the event. This payment must be received no later than seven days after placement of your order. The outstanding balance payment can be made prior to the event by way of cheque, bank transfer or cash, to be recieved no later than seven days before the event or CASH ONLY on the date of the contracted engagement.
The services included in Disco Entertainment consist of a music selection maintained in our own library using suitable equipment. We will make every effort to play all requests however we will not be reponsible if selections are not available. The selection of the equipment to be used at the events is to be at the discretion of our DJ/Compere and is based upon the size and conditions of the event location/type.
The client may request that the DJ/Compere play beyond the contracted time as agreed in the quotational price. If the balance has been paid in full and no other obligations are pending then a minimum overtime rate of £30 per hour will be charged. The availability of the DJ for overtime cannot be guaranteed
With all events we will charge via quotation for a minimum one hour set up and pack up time before and after the specified time-period of the contract. We expect as with all events to be working in an abuse free environment and we reserve the right to curtail events if this is not adhered too with full balance as per the contracted price still due.
We are not responsible for any power outages or acts of God. If equipment fails then we will endeavour to obtain back-up equipment however if this is not possible then we will negotiate a part refund.
Notice of cancellation for any events by the client shall be in writing and received no later than two weeks prior to the event.In which case the client will receive a full refund if they have made payment prior to the event. However deposits will be non refundable.If such notification is not given then the full balance will be due together with the deposit. Non payment will be forwarded to our litigation department and will be subject to further charges/interest and administration costs
Notice of cancellation by Fabracaz shall be in writing and delivered to the client no later than one calendar month prior to the above event in which case a full refund will be due if paid and the deposit will be expedited. This will be subject to proven detention by sickness accidents equipment failure or acts of God beyond our control. In the unlikely event of our DJ's or Comperes unable to appear at short notice we will endeavour to source a replacement In an unlikely event of this occuring then a full refund will be due. This is the the full extent of any cancellation and no further costs will be sought against Fabracaz. If an event is delayed as a result of Fabracaz unable to start on time then the client is entitled to a refund of a portion of the fees prorated based on the time lost. The client agrees that the full cost of the event as per our quotation will be the full extent of any damages he or she is entitled to and no further claims are to be sought against Fabracaz
Fabracaz will undertake full Fire Health and Safety Risk assesments for all events that are booked and these will be undertaken no later than one month prior to the event or as soon as therafter if booking made within one month of an event. These will be made available to the client who will be advised of any shortfalls or Hazards that may prevent the event from proceeding. This service will not be charged if we are unable to proceed with an event however in the unlikelyhood that the client was to proceed with the event against our recommendations and through another company then an administration charge of £150 will be due and if not paid then this will be forwarded to our litigation team as an outstanding debt.
All quotations will be forwarded to our clients within seven working days. These will be printed together with a copy of our terms and conditions above. The quotation is required to be signed and returned by the client together with the deposit monies. We in return will confirm the booking in writing at which stage the deposit becomes non-refundable and all of the terms and conditions become binding.
